Management and staff have done a great job on delivering excellent service from check-in to check out, including a full sumptuous breakfast. We will definitely be going back to this hotel on our next visit to Kandy. Centrally located, walking distance to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy cultural dance, KCC Mall, and the local market. Train station is also less than 10 minutes away.
The location is superb - smack in the middle of the city. We stayed only one night so didn't get a chance to explore fully but we did see a few bars on the way. A kindly employee hopped in the car with me and led me to the hotel's own off- street parking space. Nice! The room was spacious, had a fridge and s shower. All Good.
This city hotel enjoys a prime location near attractions. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a pleasant stay. The food is decent, meeting expectations.

Kandy City Hotel was excellent, we enjoyed our stay as it was very comfortable, convenient and included a lovely buffet breakfast. Definitely stay there again.

I felt safe in this hotel. Room was clean when we arrived. The hotel has a really great location - trail station, bus station, restaurants and Temple of the tooth, lake - everything is really close.
